A yearly survey of three hundred businesses in the UK has found that a great number of businesses are uncertain with their obligations under the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Energy Efficiency Scheme and thus will need much more advice.
The npower Business Energy index found that 82% of firms needed more clarity surrounding their obligations. 46% of the companies surveyed also said they’d not received sufficient guidance about the scheme.
Nonetheless, a large percentage of the firms that responded (72%) had invested in energy saving products or even used a few energy saving ideas as a reaction to getting involved within the scheme.
